Our recent stay was absolutely amazing! the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our time there unforgettable. the rooms were very comfortable and the food was delicious. the location was perfect, close to great attractions and with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the bar was also a great place to relax after a long day of exploring and take in the serene atmosphere.
There was a slight issue with the check-in process that caused a bit of inconvenience.

What an amazing stay! We spent our Christmas holiday at this cozy hotel and it was definitely a great decision. the staff was incredibly nice and made us feel at home, they even prepared special Christmas meals for us. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts and surrounded by beautiful scenery. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the daily housekeeping service, it was really nice to come back to a clean room after a long day in the slopes.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. the only thing we can think of is that the rooms were a bit small, but that's to be expected in a mountain hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a great variety of tasty options. The location was also fantastic, close to transportation and other attractions in the city.

Had an incredible Christmas experience at a cozy family-owned hotel. The food was top-notch and offered a great variety of options. The comfortable rooms made it hard to get out of bed, but the nearby ski slopes provided the perfect motivation. The sunset views over the nearby mountains were absolutely breathtaking.
While the location was perfect for hitting the slopes, it was a bit far from any other attractions. A lack of variety in nightly activities made it difficult to find entertainment beyond the bar.
